In my experience, things imagined or phrased in a specific context often proceed into my daily output. From capturing phrases/vernacular that peaks my interest, to the way I approach learning in an absorbed, method sense. One of such learned through meditation and a need for momentary escape is the practice I call thought spaces.
Though many of us can find these micro renaissances in our daydreams or heads, it requires of me the mental and physical setting to ponder and explore my own brain to take a break. As many do, I have as well taken the morning and afternoon jaunts that freed my mind, combined with some music, and on the occasion the right company to enjoy a moment away from work.
Practicing and building these habits has been a focus that I began to dedicate myself to as I started practicing the other end, increased productivity. Though for me, often staring or sitting with something for a while is my means of solving, I have found that disrupting that pattern when conditions apply can also be beneficial. There is no right, more so just momentary spurs.
I mention the visuals and the experiences as I have learned that breathing and focus bring more to this approach, at least for me than the physical version, all included I do enjoy both, but each has a specific slot in the day. I know in existence there are solutions, though I wanted to focus on that in which pleases a niche in those contexts, for the exercise.
Finding Meaningful Spaces
Despite the breathing focus and often closed eye approach to meditation, I do rather enjoy a space with a few organized and aligned things. Although I do not often find it necessary for myself to purchase these things, I would enjoy looking at them, hence they will to investment for the moments in such a space.
I imagine such outside of the simple mental and conceptual models, that we could, in fact, arrange groups not only based on the stylistic preference of interior but color applications in which help individuals seek a mood variable fostering a predominant thought space.
In support of the visual components of our meditative exploration, we can see that these spaces are initially viewable aesthetically. The approach not only out of visual serenity but to provide spaces where one can identify their own version of enjoyable moments. From the Tumblr-Esque presence of coordinated rooms, we can begin to venture into more definition and amenity.
As we meet the space, so do we the theme as well. A cultivated nature of organized aesthetics and visual experiences to yield us a momentary journey into the growing experience. It is not about the objects or material goods in a way, more so finding a space of your own for a brief amount of time, that is aligned with your zen.
These views traverse that of screens and devices with various shifts in nuance, though continuing the ideal vision, which is to provide thoughtful space inside and out of the occurrences in the application.
Finding our own space, or so I believe is imperative, though there are other means in doing such, I rather enjoy this approach in a conceptual way. Exploring this idea we can gather ideas for how users would approach these spaces and think through the variables of attribution that align them with their conceptual models of brief presence.
